Ivan de Baugy – Chief Executive Officer (Founder, Director, General Manager – CEO)

Ivan started his career as a contractor for Total West – Malatesta Transport at the age of 17 then moved on to Niteroad Express , where he gained extensive knowledge and state-wide exposure in General, Express and Bulk Transport.

In 1993, Ivan was appointed the Territory Manager for Wesfarmers Transport incorporating Total Western Transport, Niteroad Express and Gascoyne Trading. He has played a crucial part in the Logistics and Transport Industry throughout the South West and Statewide WA for over 35 Years and became in high demand by Ridolfo Logistics later to become Qube Logistics in 2013 – One of Australia’s Largest Logistics Providers.

As Chief Executive Officer, Ivan’s role spans all areas of the company. Ivan is an experienced HR Executive with more than 30 years’ experience in senior human resources roles across various Transport and Logistics Divisions including Internal and External Auditing through SAI Global. He brings a wealth of experience and a demonstrated ability to build leadership capability and culture driven strategies that enhance staff engagement and retention.

Ivan’s experience includes Operations and Senior Management with Wesfarmers Transport, Toll Express (Toll West), Star Track Express and Sadleirs Logistics. Ivan’s extensive experience also includes Major Contract Management with energy and retail clients including Synergy, Cockburn Cement, SCT Rail, Talison Lithium & Wesfarmers Limited.

Josh de Baugy – Chief Operating Officer (Operation’s & Logistics Manager)

Born into the family business, Josh followed in his father’s footsteps right from the start.

A Qualified Heavy Boilermaker & Specialised Coded Pipe Welder by Trade, however Josh has gained extensive experience in Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain Management and Procurement including managing and executing Major Contracts within Western Australia. Josh has broad financial and operating management experience including policy and procedures development, strategy development, risk mitigation, contract and acquisition negotiation across a range of industries including Transport & Logistics, Engineering and Oil and Gas.

Josh is qualified MC Operator with Bulk DG Certification and has successfully completed Cert III (Transport & Distribution), Cert III (Dangerous Goods By Road), Cert III (Transport & Logistics), TLI50316 Diploma of International Freight Forwarding and Diploma of Logistics (TLI50219).

Josh ensures we are compliant with all National Law and National Regulations, and keeps the business running smoothly.

Josh’s has extensive business development experience and secured major contracts with Qube Logistics, Tronox Holdings & Talison Lithium.

His focus is to actively seek and grow opportunities whilst continuing to strengthen the organisation’s commercial performance. He is passionate about making a measurable difference to safety, customer service and operational efficiency and has a track record in delivering these outcomes.
